Tour Details

The Annapurna-Naar Phu-Kangla Pass Trek is a remarkable and challenging journey that combines the beauty of the Annapurna region with the remote and culturally rich Naar and Phu villages.  Immerse yourself in the unique culture and traditions of the Naar and Phu communities, which have retained their ancient way of life. Explore their ancient monasteries, interact with locals, and witness traditional ceremonies.Challenge yourself with the crossing of Kangla Pass, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. The pass is adorned with prayer flags, adding to its spiritual significance. Trek through the Annapurna Conservation Area, home to diverse flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for rare wildlife species such as snow leopards, Himalayan Thar, and various bird species. Experience the sense of adventure and remoteness as you trek through less-visited and pristine landscapes, away from the crowded trekking routes.

The trek typically takes around 17-21 days, depending on the itinerary and acclimatization needs. Along the trek, you will stay in teahouses or lodges in the villages. Camping may be required in some remote sections.Permits, including the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit and the restricted area permit for Naar and Phu, are required for this trek. The trek is considered challenging and requires good physical fitness, previous trekking experience, and proper acclimatization due to high altitudes.
