The Ama Dablam Base Camp Trek offers an incredible journey through the Everest region of Nepal. This trek is considered a moderately challenging trek suitable for experienced trekkers. It involves steep ascents and descents, high-altitude hiking, and rugged terrain.

Day 1: On your Arrival, Nepal Fair Step Trek’s represent welcome to you with Garland/ Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Day 2: City Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Kathmandu Durbarsqure; historical place and visit to living Goddess Kumari, Pasupatinath and Baudhhanath; famous world heritages sites Hindu temple and Buddha Stupa). (B)

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2800 m) –Trek to Phakding (2610 m), Walking time: 3 hrs, ↑100 m, ↓ 250 m, (B, L, D)

Day 4: Trek Phakding - Manjo (2800 m) - Namche (3440 m) walking time: 6 hrs, ↑ 950 m,↓100 m, (B,L,D)

Day 5: Hike to Khumjung (3780 m) walking time: 5 hrs, ↑ 350 m, ↓350 m, (B, L, D)

Day 6: Trek Namche -Phunki Drengka (3250 m)– Tengboche (3860 m).Walking time :5-6 hrs, ↑ 750 m, ↓ 550 m, (B,L,D)

Day 7: Trek Tengboche- Pangboche (3930 m) – Dingboche (4410 m) walking time: 5-6 hrs, ↑ 750 m, ↓250 m, (B,L,D)

Day 8: Acclimatization day in Dingboche (Hike to Chukung RI (5550 m) Walking time: 4-5 hrs, ↑1110 m, ↓1110 m, (B, L, D)

Day 9: Trek –Dingboche-Ama Dablam Base camp-(4570 m).Pangboche walking time: 5-6 hrs, ↑ 912 m, ↓640 m, (B, L, D)

Day 10:Trek Ama Dablam Basecamp-Tengboche(3860 m)Walking time :5-6 hrs, ↑200 m, ↓ 900 m, (B,L,D)

Day 11: Tengboche (3860 m) - Namche. Walking time: 5 hrs ↑260 m, ↓620 m, (B, L, D)

Day 12: Trek Namche- Lukla. Walking time: 7-8 hrs, ↑250 m, ↓1050 m, (B, L, D)

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu Transfer to hotel (B)

Day 14: leisure (if would like to shorter the trek you may depart this day) day in Kathmandu.

Day 15: Transfer to international air airport

Price Includes

  • To be able to submit a cost estimate, we need to know the number of persons in your group, the required hotel category, the favored mode of transportation (by flight, by local or private transport) and any alternations to your itinerary.
